mutineers blade is 17-20. balizarde is 18-20. there is a sickle that reaches 17-20 when swashing.

the greatest range would be swash+ravager. 9-20 in DC with imp crit using sickle or e3bc blade.

9-20 x4 is doable, if not an especially good idea. Forester's Brushhook is a 19-20x3 kama. So, 17-20x4 swashbuckling, 16-20 x4 in crusader, 11-20 x4 with improved crit, 9-20 x4 with crit rage.

16 barb/3bard/1fvs, or something like that.

So if i have this right, the crit rage increase in critical range does not stack with swash right? as they are both competence?

wrong. they do apply. swash is comp. bonus. crit rage isnt. also crit rage is applied after imp crit so as to not double range.
