	I've had that happen a few times, but not enough to make me look into it. I generally keep music at zero volume, though, after listening to it once, so it might happen more, I just haven't noticed.

	Sort of not-really related to anything, but if you have some kind of @.edu address, you can usually find legit softwares for reeeeeeally cheap.� I got Wind7 pro for about 30 bucks using a friend's email.� Not than anybody likes to buy shit, but it helps when you swap parts out and have to call them to reactivate.

I remember 2500 being the magic number to avoid Desert crashes, too. Edit: Run Command Prompt as administrator, enter bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA XXXX Where the Xs are the amount of RAM you want to allocate. 2500 seems to work well.

I tried this when my system was win xp 32bit, but it didn't help.� It caused more issues than helped, one of them being weird video/resolution issues.� ymmv.
