I have this old, old 28 point toon I parked at lvl 9 (13 atm), way back when splashing 2 rogue on a cleric was a novel idea for me. He's Wis based, and the rest of his points are spread between Dex and Int. Yeah, I stat-dumped Con.

Did I mention this was the 2nd toon I ever rolled?
The challenge:Since a lesser +20 is such an obvious win, I've ruled that would be cheating. I'm leaning towards also ruling out the free +0 heart, because I am perverse and like to suffer. (Bear in mind, that means in order for say, Warpriest's Righteous Weapons to produce an effect, I have to spend a feat to choose a god.

Yes. This toon is that old. The irony of a godless priest is, I think, what's keeping me entertained.)
With those gimp handicaps in place, who can make this toon viable? (Viable means, "takes less than eight years/half his mana pool to kill each mob.") I'll settle for reaching 20, but if someone manages to find a way for me to play this guy in epics that isn't like pulling teeth, I bow to you, for you are truly a master.
Cler 11/Rogue 2. Halfling.Current feats are: Quicken, Empower, Maximize,
Edit: Shield Mastery.
Skills: Oddly saved by the skill pass from the at-the-time noob choice to max Heal. Also, as a strange bit of ... luck? ... I threw points into Balance. The rest is split between Search and Disable.
+3 tomes
Resources are good, but not unlimited. I don't want to throw too much away on a flavor project.
I tried laser-priesting, and that has been okay (with a shout-out to the Holy Smite sla, the true workhorse of the whole tree). It's taken him to lvl 13, with 14 banked. I'm seeing the damage begin to flatten out, and that makes me worry the current salvage attempt will turn into a slog by lvls 15-16.
Feat-starved as he is, I have reservations about taking advantage of Rogue Mechanic, but with the limits I've set, I realize that might turn out to be a fair decision. I just don't want to bork it any further.
