Did anyone make a decent necro warlock? (Read 8685 times)

	I played with one but the dcs seemed far to low to bother with. Did anyone make/see one with 70+ dcs?

	I didn't get dc's as high as 70's, but I got them up into the low 60's or so, iirc. But the warlock does such killer DPS and will have ether PWK or Irresistible Dance, so I wasn't terribly concerned about it. I'd imagine some build experts here could figure out something for you. I've seen some max Cha builds that kill the Charisma I had on mine. I'm not sure about the trade offs on that, though, with regard to what it costs you from a DPS standpoint.

	I could theoretically get a 70 (maybe 71) necro DC on a level 28 Warlock. This is 7 DCs lower than the same toon as a wizard. Just went Shiradi and nuked, don't think too hard.

	Have a 67dc on enchantment at the moment. As far as I know, everything I have could be swapped to necro for the same DC. 70+ is surely possible, but feels like the sp pool on a Warlock would not be able to sustain insta-killing for long.

Good point on the SP Pool. It is noticeably lighter than Wizards for sure and Sorcs by a long shot. I use the insta-killing a quick take out on a low fort mob that can be annoying and/or doesn't stay clustered together with other mobs or close to melee range (casters, for example) since I use chain blast or aura a lot.

	I made a drow soul eater exalted angel warlock fully necro specced. I got max charisma from enhancements and exalted. Got my necro dc up to 71 or 72, the real benefit of a necrolock is the number of instakills: 2 FoDs, PWK, life to death or w/e it's called, Wail, Devour the soul (soul eater enhance) and throw to hell (fiend pact) both of which are usable on some rednames + my PK dc was like 60. I used enlightened spirit because I had no time to blast between casting. Spell points didnt seem to be a problem. I'll post a build thread with screenshots in a week once I get back from vacation.
