It does slow down the access to level level 21-24 gear significantly but speeds up the access to level 26-28 gear. Is that 800k delay on 23 worth getting 27 and 28 gear 1 million earlier? Ive started carrying TF Weapon sets for ml 22, ml 24, ml 26 and tend to walk thru those with occasional use of other weapons when grinding itrs and etrs in non-permanent classes just because they are so easy to acquire. I use pinion and balizarde and twilight on some builds. But it wasn't an OMG moment in leveling to gain access to them. Not like level 11 and getting green steel. I didn't realize people felt that way.
