The first 6 min.

Anyone else notice how when Sev started talking Cordo pulled up the skills list and immediately looked uncomfortable?

You lazy fuck.

https://youtu.be/h4nNLDdi5CY?t=1m4s

Here you go.

If you notice throughout the conversation he was kind of leading Sev through some difficult questions and he was not really engaged.  I thought that Sev's answer about barbarians seeing the most benefit from the upcoming patch was the the dumbest shit ive heard in my life.

I think Cordo has been passed some post-it notes from designers.

As a CATV designer myself I have to stop myself on my forum account from posting anything on Sev blaming Centurylink for some the the issues.  What a clueless bastard.

You meant the part where Jerry didn't know about deconstruction being broken?

Or the point on the ddo forums where he was "looking into it" in february

https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/472536-U30-cannith-deconstructing#post...

I can see why the forums have absolutely zero faith in somebody from turbine when they claim they are looking into something.

I'm always amazed by the disconnect between marketing and reality. I'm a CS rep in an unrelated field, and I am constantly taking calls from customers who were sold a product based on features that don't exist.

I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

The sad thing is that this is nothing new under the sun.  The Cannith deconstruct interface has bugged out and needed to be closed and reopened since forever.  The data center move did not cause this, but it might have made it happen more often.  I dunno, I melt the junk I pick up all the time and it seems to me like it is just as broken as it was before, neither better or worse.

And since there is a 'workaround' that already exists of closing and reopening the interface, expect zero seconds of time spent trying to actually solve the problem.

No, let me be Frank.

I did what I did intentionally and while my primary purpose was not to annoy the other Vaulties, I acknowledge that it was a side effect.

Smart people don't elicit "side effects."  They understand in advance the consequences of their actions.

And I still say it's a fucking broken index in their database the source of that... it takes way too long to populate, it's slow, and it takes even longer to repopulate ( thus the bug )...
that has all the hallmarks of a broken ( or missing ) database index.

Game's all broken. Since long ago. And they keep patching and patching instead of really fixing the coding. Only can get worse. It's like  Windows 95.
