Again I think this build seems great but I would like to know how many Leg Elite red name hits it can take
Easy question to answer yourself. It's just math.
Mob hits for a maximum of W.
Character has X DR.
Character has Y % damage reduction via PRR.
Character has Z HPs.
Z/(W-X-(Y*W)) = # of hits before soul stone.
This would be worst case scenario (aka all hits from mob are for max). Use an average number instead of max possible for W to get a more realistic answer.
The practical answer though is that melee are mostly out of luck on LE Shroud mini bosses. You're trying to shove a square peg into a round hole. To min/max enough HPs, PRR and avoidance to do what you want, you'll have to give up a decent bit of DPS. Not worth it for one mission out of the entire game imo.
Certain builds will always have advantages over other builds in a given set of content. Thankfully, Turbine hasn't given up so completely that they just make all new content the same with different skins and backgrounds.
In LE Shroud's case, ranged and casters might have an easier time of it. In other missions, melee do better. Accept it and worry about building for the 90% rather than the 10%.
LE Shroud is the toughest end-game content in the game by intention and design. It was made to kill people in 1-3 hits as part of the challenge. Anything less would be too easy. I'm glad there's at least a small amount of content that is not a snoozefest.
