Use bow when manyshot is up
Use shuriken when 10k is up
Pick between the two for when neither is up (though shuriken is better dps)

Fury of the wild (leveraging insane burst damage to keep your overall sustained damage high)
slayer +adrenaline alone accounts for ~2-3k sustained dps and only uses 1 seconds worth of actions every 20 seconds
sniper +adrenaline alone accounts for 2.5-3.5k sustained dps and only uses 1 seconds worth of actions every 6 seconds

If combo'd correctly my numbers are indicating a sustained 8-9k dps with a burst combo possible of ~148k in 2 seconds (smaller bursts of 20-30k dps will be more likely).

Limiting factors: adrenaline (when using bow or shuriken without IPS), boosts (draconic reinv can make these a little less of a factor but you will run out in longer areas like part 1 of shroud), lag and/or lack of skill (messing up your combos destroys your dps - you are doing roughly 1 combo every 5 seconds, lots of room for error)

Pure ranger....
A. capstone deepwood -> take repeater prof. as well, since its so much better than bows while manyshot is off timer...
B. or roll with the white sniper feather build on mobos. It only tickles mobs though.....

I think a case could be made for 8 Fighter 6 Monk 6 Ranger now.

2 Silver flame religious feats: more hit, more damage with longbows.  Favored weapons from Warpriest: more hit, more damage with long bows.  Inflame buff: more hit, more damage with longbows.  Divine favor spell: more hit and more damage.  Bless spell: more hit (trivial, but still though.)  3 levels of FVS nets exactly one point of damage less than 20 levels of pure ranger shooting at a favored enemy.

A pure ranger gets +1 crit range/multi too (DWS core 4 and AA core 5), nice T5s and good capstones, too.

Take capstone in DWS for nice synergy with Always in SA range, 4 Dex, 3 SA die, 20 ranged and spell power.  Take T4 elemental imbues at minimum.  Not sure if DWS or AA T5s are better for a bow.  Probably AA for Slaying Arrow with fury shots.
