So... fighting over kills? Really? Thats sad.
Kinda my view also. The guy was clearly killing things. I'm not sure what "kill whoring" is supposed to mean, but if he's killing things, that's good for the raid, right? Before you kick someone who is contributing rather than piking, maybe try to adjust to their presence/style/whatever. Picking a fight and then kicking them in what seemed to be a petty fit of pique just costs you someone who kills stuff in the raid, which seems to be counterproductive, causes hard feelings, and shrinks the number of people who will join (or who you will let join) your raids in the future.
I dunno, I'm a pretty easy going guy in game. I had someone /tell me that they wanted me to join their Crystal Cove run the last time it was around, and I sent back that I was tired and about to log. They replied with something like "You will come join us nao!" And I did. It wasn't until we were chatting after making a few runs that I learned that the character who pretty much demanded that I join them was the alt of a good on-line friend. She just didn't know that I didn't know her by any other names than her main. Hell, I didn't even know she had any other toon on the server, since my server isn't her main server and she mostly plays on mine for Favor. Hilarity ensued, with her saying "Wow, you didn't know it was me? Then I think I was fairly rude to you." And I just said "It's all good, I was fine helping someone out who needed the help even if I was ready to log."
It's the little things that build community. And that's why we play the game, right? I could be playing Pool of Radiance otherwise.
