	Vac and Rad seem to be the only ones without cooldowns. Having greatest synergy with warlocks aoe focus by being able to proc on multiple mobs in your aoe radius. For vac to stack up on warlocks you have to use energy burst/hellball/tendrils because burst/burst/aura is only 4 chances in 4 seconds. Giving you roughly 1 proc chance. Not as fast to stack as MM spammers or high attack rate ranged/melees. If you have a MM spammer buddy in your group then put away vac and use rad for the scaling light damage proc.

	You mean legendary Radiance? ok seems interesting thanks (i know it's off topic but... the +1crit from earth stance of monk is competence? can't find on wiki what type of bonus is..)

	I thought radiance was nerfed, and no LGS have scaling? https://www.ddo.com/en/update-29-patch-1-release-notes Legendary Green Steel damage effects general no longer scale with Spell Power.

	Vacuum is electric/negative, so it doesn't affect any warlock dps outside of vulnerability. So make a vacuum short sword, but make it for attacking with, not spell casting, so you can double use it when you SB or SWF or TWF. Then use it anyway for the vacuum proc. When you play an electric caster, just overwrite the tier 1-2 shards, leaving the on vorpal t3 attacking shard. T3 adds almost no stats or spell power, but takes the limiting mats to make. You now have a weapon you can re-use for every single build you ever make other than bow/xbow.

	Vacuum/golden orb is pretty much ideal for every shiradi build IMO.
