Heal,

Though my original logic was that "heal just works on positive, but Spellsight works on everything". However, a brief perusal of the wiki indicates that it only covers Acid, Cold, Electric, Fire, Force and Light.

So Spellsights out(split my time between warforged and fleshies). Now, not sure what to do with that slot.

Personally I would think you should either go with strength bracers of constitution with extra sheltering or constitution necklace of charisma with extra insightful constitution instead of false life because of those hats from crystal cove that give you +40 false life at level 9.

That hat that gives +40 False Life is pretty damn sexy at lvl 9.

At lvl 21, a hat that ONLY does +40 false life starts to loose it's luster.

The idea of doing Con + Insightful Con + False Life all on the same item is that basically every character can benifit from Con. Putting Strength, Con, and Sheltering all on one item sounds like crating a fairly decent loot-gen item. Good, but only if you've got the insightfuls slotted elsewhere, and only if your build uses all three.

Meanwhile, grouping like stats(str + insightful Str + thing thats helpful on melee builds) means when you AREN'T Playing a melee, you can not equip that item.
