Theres a lot of good twists for this build.
With its high base melee power shadowdancer wouldn't be awful.

Grim precision + Meld + Pierce the gloom, are huge buffs.

If you die on a melee you lose blitz anyway.

The two things to compare this to are obviously:
pure ranger,
some wolf or paladin Dance of Death variant, and
pure fighter TWF.

This build has a higher base melee power than the ranger, but less off-hand doublestrike. The healing is more difficult. The PRR is comparable. Since Cetus showed that 18/2 THF was outdamaging a pure 20 THF I'm inclined to think that it would do more damage than a Ranger. Power surge gives it a larger HP pool, and earthstance is available if more defense is required situationally (e.x., Pt2 of shroud).

Wolves are generally squishy so I tend to ignore them. I also can't stand how much "up on" the target you need to be.

The 14 paladin / 6 ranger variants obviously have a PRR advantage but a disadvantage in DPS. Pure fighter seems similar.

Google Drive is being difficult so no link at the moment.

That assumes:
- The ranger is getting 10 more SA damage (don't know where or why, I just assume pure rangers can get more) from Scion of the Ethereal Plane
- The ranger is using STR and khopeshes
- The pure ranger gets Favoured Enemy damage and the multiclass does not.
- Some averaged values for rangers, i.e. Thousand Cuts gives 5 MP/DS over its cooldown. So rangers will have quite a higher burst DPS.
- The multiclass is centered khopeshes and takes the Tier 1 GoM twist.
- The multiclass has no SA dice.
- The multiclass has full up-time on Opportunity Attack.
- They were both using Precision

Notes
- Multiclass less reliant on SA damage but a bit more reliant on crits.
- Power Attack on multiclass is likely for cleaves (no DoD) so more DPS there.
- No INS Doublestrike necklace for either build
