	Wait a minute! Conspiracy theory time! What if Turbine and Strake are in cahoots? (don't) Think about it. Every Wednesday Turbine brings down both the website and the servers for a couple of hours. So new people come to the Vault, due to it's well earned reputation of being a friendly place full of helpful people willing to explain Turbine 101 to people. Turbine clearly implemented weekly server restarts to drive more traffic to the Vault. It's the only explanation that (doesn't) make sense!
