12345 posts and 2700 days ago Strakeln brought forth on his Dell 8200, a new forum, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created stupid.
Now we are engaged in a pointless verbal war, testing whether that forum, or any forum so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a meager website of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that website, the Neverwinter board, as a final resting place for those who here choned that that forum might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.
But, in a larger sense, we can post -- we can desecrate -- we can spam -- this board. The foolish men, choned and slunk, who lurked here, poorly desecrated it, well below our power to deride and detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it has already forgotten what they did here. It is for us the socks, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so cowardly abandoned. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these ridiculed choners we take increased devotion to that cause for which they hardly demonstrated any measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these choners shall not have choned in vain -- that this forum, without Strakeln, shall have a new round of butthurt -- and that drama of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the internet.
