You missed the boat, homeboy; you're trying to optimize an inherently gimped concept.  The nerfs to manyshot and 10k stars crippled any notion of ranged DPS.  The people impressed by what's currently achievable never had a clue of what was possible before.

Difficult question. Is the question what build would result in the highest possible Adrenaline + Active attack? Or best all around platform?

Obvious must haves are:

-Slayer arrow
-Dual action boosts (Human/Helf + Ranged Power or LD boost)

That means either Human/Helf + Ranger, or Helf + Any (attaining slayer through racial AA)

Other things that are important are:

Multiplier Increases:
-14 Pally (holy sword)
-6 Fighter (Core 3)
-18 Ranger (AA Core 5) or Racial AA Core 5 (but it's not working I don't think)
-Maybe Barb? But gimps you out of 10k when you're not manyshotting.
-5 Monk (ninja spy T5), but prevents you from taking Slayer Arrow

Threat Increases:
-14 Pally (holy sword)
-6 Fighter (T5) but prevents you from taking Slayer Arrow
-12 Ranger (DWS Core 4)
-Barb (Ravager T5) but prevents you from taking Slayer Arrow

For me most Obvious choice is some Combo of Fighter and Monk + Helf or Ranger/Fighter/Monk + Helf or Human.

So then the real question becomes, Strength or Dex based? You will not have access to Divine Might, so I would lean toward Dex + KtA.

I suppose there's an option of 14 Pally/6 Monk, Str based in Fire Stance with Divine might, but not sure that's any better than other options, and requires you go Helf and Racial AA, which is fine though because really you just need 14+34 AP for Slayer in racial AA, leaving plenty of AP for defensive stuff (incorp, pally stance, etc).

If I was making a pure bow furyshot build (which I wouldn't, the power of Shuri's between Manyshot has always been more dps than a bow, and with recent multiplier fix that's incontrovertible now), I think I would go 14Pal/6Mnk, Dex based Helf with AA capstone.

Yeah I mean the only downside of course to the always doing super huge Adren + Slayer of a bow only build using Manyshot + 10k is that the much lower relative rate of fire of not having shuriken means that over anything but the shortest dungeons, you just aren't going to regen Adrenaline nearly as fast. So the total damage over time just falls behind a lot.

Then again, if you just want to pike trash in Slavers with your friend on a Warlock and just burn down red names hard and pop chests, this would be fine.
