Don't be special. This is a bonus that stacks with everything. Anyone looking to max one star will love this. And it doesn't take a few hours to go from level ten to level twenty, much less level seven or five. And someone might still wear it at level twenty if they need to make dcs

I don't know about this particular set of gear, but that's been my general feeling for months now.

I guess for some people who were done it's incentive to run through the grind yet again, but for others it removes incentive.
  
Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.

Ok, special.  If you happen to be running content that drops helms, and the helm happens to drop, and also happens to have the +2 all stats boost, and it happens to not suck so much otherwise that you'd just vendor it anyway...  Well then I guess you might wear that helm.  That's special.

I'm investigating armor, pulled 15 so far running on 3 skulls I'm going to see if I can pull a reaper or mythic before I pull 50 or lose patience.

*Edit~Up to 30 now, no mythic or reaper bonuses yet.

**Edit~Up to 40 now, nothing yet.

Pulled 60 normal 'Madooroh's Vest' out of ring-leader running 3 skull, but no mythic or reaper bonuses.

The vest isn't great but it is a clean quick run to the chest and it's a static named item that cannot be upgraded. So seemed to be about a perfect candidate for testing drops. Double boxed it, But 100+ runs to get 60 pulls was pretty brain destroying.

The fact that you're not even getting Mythic says something. I've never gone more than about 5 named items without at least seeing Mythic. Well, that is at least on items that already had a chance for Mythic before u34.

I haven't  tried to farm named items that didn't originally have a chance for Mythic.

You could be very well right. I might just be being a bit too bullheaded. Tonight I'm going to try a different lowbie armor.

I do wish they were a bit clearer about what gear it will and will not show up on tho, but sometimes I'm not even sure they know.

Hmm, well, looking at the release notes...

You picked just one part of  reply, but to comment on what you said, there are over thirty helms under level ten. While a plus two stacking star bonus does not appeal to you, it may appeal to other people.

Yeah that's where I was going with it. 80+ pulls without even a mythic does make me wonder, or maybe it's an armor issue and the one Ash saw was an aberration.  I just need to pick another item with a quick to pull path to crank out some fast pulls tonight.

A stacking +2 on everything sub level helm is a fantastic item for TR's. Considering the named helms available you wouldn't need to take it off for 10 lvs. Well worth the time to find.

... it just hit me, (yes, it hurt), I think the bound status is important. That armor you were farming is unbound. I'm guessing unbound is a nono.

I would say very likely. I don't think they would want us farming and selling Reaper stuff.

Release notes only say named. That assumes some ability to not fuck up in development though.
