Build Request/ Reverse engineering.

Evening all.
So the build i have seen floating around is a 12fighter/7bard/1Fvs
It seems to be a vanguard/Warchanter build that makes use of Freezing ice and power surge as well as Divine might.

I'd Love to know what the feat cordination and where to place stats would be. Im sure someone here has run it

Did you happen to catch what type of shield and weapon they were wielding...that would help some to figure it out.

Specifically was it a buckler or large shield?  A swashbuckler weapon or not?

Freezing ice DC works off of Cha and Bard levels, the duration is also affected by the Bard levels.
Even If he's a Cha-to-hit and to-damage his DCs wouldn't be that good. Using Divine Might for that build is useless.

Unless he's a Str based toon then his DCs would be even worse.

The DC formula is Fortitude save (10 + Charisma modifier + one-half Bard Level + Stunning modifiers)

A general Swash build would be about 12 bard levels and 70ish cha.

So a low investment op would be DC 85 = 10 base+30 cha+6 levels+39 Stunning (Enhancement 20, Quality 4, Insight 6, Fighter PLs 3, Legendary Tactics 6)

To go higher you'd need to blow a couple of feats on Tactician (+2), Tactical Training (+2), and be a PDK and sacrifice DPS by swapping to a shortsword for cormyrean knight training (+10ish).
