It's worth noting that the reincarnation weirdness about the lack of TR cache is a bug, it's currently mimicking a lesser instead of a true reincarnation. Check the known issues page for more details.

After a little reflection on how this will impact my play, I feel a bit excited that I can run more lives of classes I enjoy and not feel like I am "wasting" that life.  I enjoy the journey getting to lvl 30 more than cycling through raids at the end.  I also think this is another avenue to play test oddball builds through heroic and not cry too much when they fall apart in epics.

I was thinking the same thing myself.

This new reincarnation option left me feeling strangely "liberated" in my game play.

My gimp-builds shall rise again in glory!

Same here.  This will also make getting eCompletionist easier for me as I can just do the Epic lives on class/destiny combos that I like, rocking the Reaper/Elite first time bonuses all the way through.

Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed.
