What rune arm do you plan on using with this build?

Titans Fist drops in an abandoned raid, and if I'm not mistaken, the INT on it STILL doesnt work.

Disciplinator drops in VoN6, and in 7 years, I've not seen one drop. Better off making some CC Contruct bane bolts and calling it a day.

Tira' s Splendor can be farmed, but it also seems fairly rare. In the few Garamol farms I ran with a full raid group, 1 dropped on 3 runs. Doable if you have the patience.

I'd argue that Arm of the Archons is the hands down winner for rune arms at this point. Unless there some very specific situations where swapping might be of benefit.

Knives Eternal... I wasn't aware of anyone playing an Arty to high enough levels to care about it before now, although 2 Arty splash rogues might have gotten some mileage from it.

Why not Machinations of Madness, if we're gonna go "full retard" on raid loot? It has some snazzy bonuses, iirc.

This is not a polemic, I am just a little baffled by these choices.

Knives Eternal or Machinations of Madness are probably best in slot. Arm of the Archons is many times easier to get and almost as good though.

General Comments:
You won’t be able to take IPS at level 15 with a starting 14 DEX  (18 DEX with +4 of the tome bonus kicking in.).  You could take it at level 20 if you’re plotting a lesser reincarnation though.

Runearms:
Level 14-19: Whirling Words: It’s the lowest level tier 5 rune arm shot.  And the abilities don’t get overpowered by cannith crafting.

Do you think that maybe replacing dodge, mobility, and shot on the run with maybe maximize, empower, and quicken would add more versatility to the build?

It just seems that the pew. pew dps aspect is just sorta ok for an ari, but adding in tactical det, lightening motes, etc add some more versatility.

Or is the game at a point where it's just better to focus on one aspect?

Hello people. How is the dps part of the build nowadays? got any numbers?

FFS, I should have known it was a just a matter of time before every build listed includes the 10 Racial AP...

Follows the same pattern just like every build of the past included Completionist and whatever highest Stat Tome available at the time.

At least the +5 Dex tome listed is "easyish" enough to get for most people.

My admittedly lazy testing included runearm blast damage. Even spamming Endless Fusillade and Runearm blasts was barely more damage than 18/2 mech auto attacking and blasting.

Also I don't see how Arti is more survivable.
