Theorycrafting, it looks like you can get useful DC numbers for Shattered Defenses and Thunder-Shock Weapon without dipping into Arcanotechnician.

To prioritize survival, you'd have to go Shadowdancer for Evasion (assuming Insightful Reflexes) and Incorporeality for max avoidance.

Meh, looks like its wishful thinking on my part.  Guess I was looking at the T4 Shattered Defenses and had a senior moment thinking it was TD.  That would be too useful, so of course it doesn't work that way.
