Help with Fvs build for TR (Read 2947 times)

	Mi idea is to make a caster build based on wis and use the flame sword spell via artficier past life feat for melee damage. Does the build need charisma ? Max out wis and con?? And most important Is it viable for reaper 1?? Tks.

I personally wouldn't spend a feat on the Flame Sword thing.� Well, maybe in early levels, and swap it out later with free feat swap? Nicone wrote on Jul 15^th, 2017 at 6:52pm: Does the build need charisma ? Some is good, no need to max. You need 11 Cha just to cast level 1 spells, and need 19 eventually to cast level 9 spells. And it gets you a bit extra SP. I'd tend to just drop 6 build points into it and then not worry about it any more. 	Conventional wisdom says Flame Blade isn't very good, druid past life or not. However, after some recent experiences with elementals with unbypassable DR on reaper reducing physical damage to zero, I'm thinking Flame Blade could be an interesting option to try out a la Celestia's light damage in situations where DR/PRR/reaper damage debuff is screwing you over . I would wait until cleric domains come out and do it as a cleric though.

	Ok, tks guys Flame Blade really sucks, i wish there is a feat thad make wis to damage and hit. Anyway the warpriest tree is based on STR, so i finaly spend a heart to make a THW-STR base build, very strong,but not so spell capable. Cya.

	cool fun fact: the throwing axe from Titan pre-quest is FIRE damage. Been waiting a while to try and find a way to exploit that somehow on a thrower, haven't figured it out yet.
