Because I know you twats are lazy, I am linking this here as community service.

https://www.ddo.com/en/update-36-named-item-information

I have pulled most of these already, and while the Dwarven Axe and Bastard Sword are "meh" they are at least cool looking. I suppose the people who knew what to do with Twinblade will know what to do with them.

The light armour is a cosmetic waiting to happen, and I'm 100% OK with that.

The rest of the stuff is OK to good, although if anyone has an idea what to do with that warhammer I'm all ears.

(My guess is that it's for the Unicorn Melee arties or Onatar warpriests, but you never know).

You're welcome.

Brand new items that have improved paralyzing with a will save of 25 dc? That is some OP shit right there.

Or is there some fuzzy math I'm not taking into account?

The most broken epic PL in the game is the ridiculous AC buff from martial PLs. But when you include all the inherent benefits from reincarnation, the thing is above the roof. The benefit from TR was supposed to be minimal, but now it is game breaking. start a new character and you will feel, you will get raped in heroics.

Personally I think lower heroics on new characters are harder than Legendary Elite content on a character with good gear and has all destinies farmed.

And someone in another thread called ME delusional recently!

Wow.

Have you EVER gone to Law School Feyn? Have you EVER been asked by a United States Senator who is now the Vice President of the United States to write a paper just for him on a particular topic of Constitutional Law for his use as a Senator? Have you ever been asked to help a very notable Harvard PhD turned Constitutional scholar with his very-well received book on Legal Philosophy and Constitutional Revolutions? Have you ever been offered a job as a Deputy Attorney General BEFORE you even graduated Law School?

No? Then STFU you fucking amateur.

Pretty sure that the fact that a service can be hacked doesn't make it the "community chest".

I was using Undead Slaying bolts in "Graveyard Shift" and "Records of the Past", which have a DC 23 Fort save, and the mobs were dropping like flies.

Granted: Undead have shit Fort saves, but the comparison is valid.

The DC 25 is pretty weak, but Will is a weak save for most non-caster mobs, and the sheer volume of strikes (especially with Wind Stance or Acrobat enhancements) makes it a valid tool.

It'd be even better if Paralyzing still made mobs helpless, but "Oh well".
