If you've played Fallout 3, what's the coolest thing you found in the main game (not an ex-pack) that you might have missed if you had just played straight thru the story and quit?

There's the nature people up in the NW or NE I think. It's a hidden grove that will blow your mind. Maybe I'm thinking of New Vegas. When I get home I'll find the quest line.
