	Quote: Hello, all! - We are currently working towards putting together a Lamannia preview featuring some (but not all) of the changes planned to come to DDO in the near future. We currently expect it to be up at some point on Tuesday 10/3/2017 and to run until sometime on Thursday 10/5/2017. It is in the realm of possibility that this will be pushed and instead come up later in the week (likely Wednesday) and we'll let you know if that happens. - Assuming everything goes as expected (which is never a guarantee) this preview will be looking at the following features: - Reincarnation: Improvements have been made to the reincarnation system to prevent loss of items while undergoing the process! - Ravenloft Expansion Features: Some of the features from the upcoming Ravenloft expansion are available for early preview! Race: Aasimar: A new heroic Eberron race which will be available in all Ravenloft Expansion bundles. Universal Enhancement Tree: Vistani Knife Fighter: A new universal enhancement tree which will be available in select (but not all) Ravenloft Expansion bundles. New Cosmetics: A variety of cosmetic outfits, helms, pets, and weapon aura's which will be available in select (but not all) Ravenloft Expansion bundles. - Bug Fixes: A collection of bug fixes which will be coming in either U36 Patch 3 or in a small hotfix prior to the scheduled patch. - We will have more detailed release notes after we lock down the preview build candidate. https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/490161-U36-Patch-3-Preview#post6023672

	Thrill as the expansion pre-order goes on sale 2 days before the release! And is bugged, so anyone stupid enough to pre-order misses all the special items!

	Of course I'll buy it. As sad of a state DDO can be in times there's also the fact that the pre-motu stuff is still some of the best dungeoneering in video game history. You go play WoW and every dungeon is the same colon of a dungeon where you get go in one end and get shit out the other with 2~4 boss fights and forgettable trash along the way. Can you imagine having to double back to get keys or hit levers in other MMO dungeons? Dead ends? Secret doors with traps and/or treasure chests behind them? Jumping puzzles. I shudder to imagine people in WoW trying to do Rainbow in the Dark. I mean in WoW the Lich King, the ultimate conflict in the game, they were so proud of their 'The ground breaks' mechanic and I'm like, "motherfucker the ice breaks in a level 1 Korthos quest in DDO you ain't special." So yeah, as fucking shitty and cash grabby as a lot of their shit has been as of late they're keeping the lights on so I'll keep buying shit so that Coco can afford Taco Ball for lunch. I ain't gonna buy Otto's boxes, no Chipotle for that guy until they standardize cone AE's to not have a seperate targeting/hitbox rule for each fucking one....

	I have had weeks to make a good battle mage or divine Visanti but haven't been happy with any of my drafts. Waiting to see what others come up with. I have done 10 classes through reaper so far with Ranger and Rogue still to do. So that works out.

	I missed MOTU, if I'd pre-ordered I'd have 3 separate permanent hirelings now! I'll never make that mistake again. Though hopefully they really will come up with something better than "some shitty cosmetics". Unless its a cosmetic Tesyus thats full-tesyus-sized. I'd be content with that.

	I have, and forever shall, wear the ugly AF bunny hat because it gives a bonus to UMD and jump; and at the end of the day I'd rather have that than look cool. Love the eternal XP pot, though, fucking amazing idea. SSG will find a way to fuck it up(such as making it tick down while you aren't in quests), but its a fun thought.

I too wear the Bunny Hat on both of my toons - because of the reasons listed above, but also because its a little bit upgradeable too.
