It doesn't have stacks. It's 1% per warlock level. Typed as an action boost.
I really, really need to get off my ass and get new glasses. I lose so much little detail like that on the in-game descriptions (that I don't have any problem reading or understanding after I check the ddo wiki). I thought it added a percent per use of consume. Yeah, I can see where that would make a difference.
So what do you give up to open up that tree? The aura boosts? It was a preliminary run and at lower level than I expect to farm, but in the first test run the aura at 5 seconds just wasn't efficient at all (even mostly relying on the bursts). Knew going in it probably wouldn't work, but I wanted to test the water.

Solo or not, you'll get a lot more ing/minute from Time is Money or Buying Time once you learn them. Rushmore takes too long.
I know lack of DD had a lot to do with it, but my runs (numerous) for those two have been shit. Like, lucky if I hit 200 per run shit.
Rushmore (any of them really) on the other hand, with my first rogue farmer, I could easily hit shy of 2k in 4 to 5 star run. Yeah, it takes longer, but really only about the same amount of time it took me to run the Time challenges 3 times. Average run was somewhere between 25-30 minutes and I'd normally let the clock run out while I was making a cup of coffee and grabbing a smoke.
