Not going to cut and paste it here.  Some new stuff:

Veteran Status Level 10 is now available as a limited-duration event. When the event is active, players will be able to create characters and begin their adventure at level 10 with updated gear, a limited-duration level 10 hireling cleric, and more! This event begins mid-day Eastern time on December 7th, and runs through December 17th.

Additional work has been done to correct an issue where items were sometimes lost during Reincarnation. After reincarnating, any items that the system detects have been lost will be automatically mailed back to your character, and you should not require customer service intervention. In addition, information about your issue will be automatically sent to Standing Stone Games for further investigation. At this point in time, we are only aware of stacks of bolts and arrows being lost in this manner.

No you made an iconic deep gnome, auto-leveled it, then teleported to bank of K! Whole process took about 5 minutes and netted me like 20 quivers. Now I have them on all my mules and a few spares in da bank

When you consider the time and effort a lot of people put in to getting that eSoS(and many other of the S/S/S weapons), it feels like they really deserve sentience. Everything else at the lower epic levels is pretty "meh"(with the exception of CITW weapons, which while nice lack a greatsword).

Thats what it sounds like in the notes, but they may have a poor mans section, like they did in MotU and Shadowfell. Filligree can drop in any Raven Chest, or be bought from other players.

A Sentient Jewel can be found in the Ravenloft Saga reward list. An initial Jewel can also be obtained by speaking to a Vistani Trader inside the Barovia wilderness area. A Jewel can also be found as a Raid reward in the new raids.

^ If the wilderness can be accessed freely, everyone can get 1 jewel, otherwise, will require access to Raven content.

From the release notes "Items become Bound to Account when a Sentient Jewel is placed into them if the item is unbound or Bound to Character on Equip."

Yeah that's not very "Oprah'ing" lol. As far as getting jewels with your epic alts, that's not such a big deal either. The big deal will be SXP.
