theory crafting:
This build takes advantage of the tier5 enhancement tree in archmage with arcane supremacy and master of knowledge, but its based off of immolation. (Which is in the fire savant tree which deals up to 20d6 burning damage on each fire damage spell)
And the fvs is just for increased spell crit chance and more spell points.

Fire savant (23) for immolation+fire crit IV
Favored soul (12) T3 smiting (spell crit)
Last 10 points dont matter that much, but you can take more efficient metamagics, or even go bladeforged and get
a 2nd reconstruct for more survivability. (if you wanna pay for a heart of wood)
Damage of immolation breakdown:
20d6 fire damage>[(20+120)/2]=most probable number is 70
Assuming 900 spell power (which will increase while fully stacked but I wont include it for this calculation)
70x10=700 base damage
Now the crits
6% from fvs
4% from archmage
8% from fire savant
5% from magical training
3% from all the mental toughness feats
9% from the energy criticals epic past life feat
29% from burnscar sash
10% from empyrean magic
10% exceptional from revalia
5% insight from golden orb
89% spell crit chance
Assuming only 100% crit damage=1400
1400x.89=1246
700x.11=77
1246+77=1323 MPN
But with the legendary greensteel, arcance supremacy, master of knowledge, it goes up quite a bit.
As far as I know, the critical damage multipliers stack multiplicitively (since I have not made this build yet so dont judge me

)

So now the new, more consistent calculation
700x 7.98336 = 5,588
5,588 x.89= 4,973
700x.11=77
77+4973=5050 MPN (before vulnerability)
Scorching ray breakdown:
(4d3+12) per ray, looks like it is always capped at 3 sadly.
MPN is 20 for the base spell damage, and still assuming 900 fire spell power: 200 per ray.
Sooo with a 23.95008 multiplier it gets nice
4,790 per ray. X3=14,370
But with 7.98336 multiplier=1,596
1,596x.89=1420
200x.11= 22
1420+22=1442 Most probable number. 1442x3 = 4,326
Per scorching ray spell cast.
So combined with the mpn with immolation, with all buffs 20,118 + 14,370 = 34,488
And without
5,050 + 4,326 = 9,376
I forgot to mention but immolation triggers every 2 seconds and each time it is reapplied the damage immediantly goes off.
Rotating this with magic missiles, scorching ray, greater ruin, ruin, hellball, energy burst, master of knowledge stackers. it'd seem like a nice dps build. (but obviously more geared for single target dps)
EDIT: fixed multipliers
