i think everyone tr'd out of their shiradis after reaper. even before that, ssg ruined the good joy proc chance and denied it, while blatantly introducing another new (shitty)buff into the tea with queen ability to further reduce the chance of good joy. it went from around 20%~ chance to 1%.

What's wrong with sorc?

Wizard. You can swap spells all the time. You have cc, you have good and bad instant damage spells, you have damage over time spells, you have aoe, you have instakills and charms. Try all of the spells to learn which at egois in which situation

Although Tea and Double Rainbow have been nerfed all to hell, there's even more sources of additional procs these days. It would be mostly gear, but I wonder what that build would look like...

Lantern Ring for Radiant Glory (6d6)
Resonation for Sounding (4d6)
Dusk, the Light Descends for Brazen Brilliance (a lot)
LGS offhand stick for Radiance
LGS Ender set

1 level of Druid for Beguile
1 level of FvS for Scourge
Fire Savant for Burning and Conflagration

Shiradi ED for Rainbow and Nerve Venom
Twist Interrogation, Empyrean Magic,
etc.

Maybe a secondary savant proc too... add Frost Lance/Otiluke's to the rotation for Lethargy (and -40 fire spellpower  ) You could do Lightning Bolt/Chain Lightning for Vulnerable instead, but that's surely better to swap in vacuum for or leave to others.
