I can only assume that it would be if the reaper XP is based on the heroic XP, but in that case my guess is that it's just a heroic XP boost not a sacking double boost for reaper?

You net 100k more XP from a Stone of Experience with the 5% VIP bonus.  That translates leveling to rank 30 instead of 34 before using the stone to XP cap, so it saves about an hour.  The 20% heroic bonus does not apply to stones.

You do stone lives by leveling 1-6 vs. just going to 18 (holding 19) and finishing it out that way?

A 10 min run of Thru a Mirror Darkly on Elite is 100k.  Throw in some Lords of Dust, Servants and you have another 100k in another 25 min.  A 10 min RWTD and some vale slayers and you are capped in an hour, maybe 75 min.   

I mean you get more reaper XP doing the lowbie run, but it probably takes twice or three times as long.

Ive been using the shared bank to avoid favor grinding each life.  I can fit all my BtC stuff in the bank/inventory (i bought the extra spaces, so I have 200 spaces).  And the BtA stuff goes in the shared bank.

It might be tougher post Ravenloft.  I've added probably 10-15 BtC items from the raids on the character I'll be grinding.

Good idea.  I don't use stones much.  Used an old ML8 stone back in Sep, and one new stone over Christmas to poop out a paladin PL.  I didn't have melee gear, but I had warlock heroic gear, so I just got 400k on a warlock and then took the rest in paladin levels.
