	I'd like to pole the vault and see where everyone stands on the whole incident. Do you think the banning/deletions was perfectly justified? Do you think it went to far, given the reaction to past actions? Or do you completely not give a shit? Let's find out!

Second of all, I really wish Turbine would have spent the time they did banning and erasing characters fixing exploits. There was no reason to lose a bunch of well paying players over this. This was a big tactical mistake for an OLD, creaky game played by mostly old creaky die hards. I don't know what they were thinking.

	Why not try a poll with these options: 1) The punishments were excessive.. 2) The punishments were reasonable. 3) The punishments were too light. 4) Punishments were fine but I have issues with the process (communication, honeypotting, etc). 5) Too busy enjoying beer, tits and donuts to care. Maybe not in that order. If you really want to know where people are at on this.

	Your Pohl implies that your opinion only matters if you took part in the sploit. Fair enough. I didn't farm the 3bc saga but I think the deletions are draconian. I think they're more likely to drive people off and this ain't the exciting new expansion in a young game trending on social media. 12 years in, can you afford to alienate anybody? Worse is if the next sploit is so widespread that SSG would deal itself a mortal blow if they ban everyone who does it. Duping was mainstreamed for like what, 48 hours or something? As soon as the general populace had it explained there was doopapalooza. Extreme Prejudice seems like it would become self-defeating if the number of players goes too high.

	I recall it being posted openly here during Dupapalooza Two: Electric Boogaloo for a solid week or so during which I was using it like crazy(not enough, though). I then quite the game for a bit and when I came back it'd been fixed.

	Duping was never just a week. It was usually just released to the public over and over to lower the chances of the people who actually finished duping from getting caught.

	This poll is about as ballanced as the melee in the game. Any time there's an option for tits and/or donuts it's kind of a no brainer. Unless some of the people hitting the pole have never tasted either of the choices. I guess there's that possibility.
