Deception/Imp Deception work and have always worked afaik. Though it is possible some specific items were non-functioning temporarily.
Separately, +sneak attack damage enchantments work, even the new ones that are also called Deception for some reason.
"- Red Augment Slot Procs (On Offhand Weapons.)" is not wrong, but it is helpful to note that those slots are still usable for colorless buffs and spellpower augments (and those add an implement bonus as well)
Threat reducers with different names also work. E.G., Rebellion. Note that you need to make sure it is a ranged threat reducer, cf Treason does not work for threat reduction. (But is still nice anyway).
Also, Deadly works because obvious.
Anyway, a guide might be more helpful:
1-2 = melee 3-13 = Nicked kama (tendon slice + deadly), CC, or legacy loot gen (I have a low level deception of tendon slice offhand) 14-22 = Treason (Deception, Sneak Attack Bonus +5, Armor-Piercing - 15%) 23= Celestia (Greater Sunburst, Fiery Detonation, Planar Conflux, Empty Red Augment Slot) 24-30 = Rebellion (Rebellion (-25% threat), Sneak Attack Bonus +5, Armor-Piercing - 20%, Improved Deception, Empty Red Augment Slot) 28-30 = TF (Devotion/Armor Piercing 35%/Draconic Reinvigoration)
