Scourge build for IPL's?

I decided to run up scourge IPL's 19/1 lock/ranger because I don't have an original thought in my tiny little brain. Has anyone tried something more interesting for running through 3 of these IPL's?

And yeah the IPL feat is trashy but fuck it.
