	I know Ill need Improved Crit Blunt as Whelm doesn't have Impact, Soulrazor has Keen so saves me from having to take that one. Problem is I think Knights Training and ICBlunt do the exact same thing so don't stack for Whelm...so might not need IC at all Keep seeing tempests with splash this and splash that.. looking for a build that will let me focus on DPS with these weapons at cap. My current Ranger is 30, but has no past lives, racials, or anything.. she's my next buildup Thanks
