	So, I want to try thrower.. again. To make a good-faith effort, I'd like to try it "fully geared" with non-raid loots. Basically, I want to know what my "best in slots" are/best setup is EXCLUDING raid gear. In other words, before I grind raids, I want to know I like the concept. I'll probably try 5FS pure monk build. I think the only insightful doubleshot item is a raid bracer ( Wildwood Wrists ). Magical Sheltering items are hard to slot. Usually a slaver affix ( sheltering 45 ), but if you have mrr lives then you can probably cover the cloth cap of 50 with just an insightful item ( 27 ) and any mythic or reaper bonuses throughout your gear. You should be able to breeze through 20 r1 babas and get a raid shuri in a short while, or maybe get lucky and someone passes you one earlier. The Family Sigil necklace has relentless fury ( impossible to really slot otherwise without giving up the wallwatch set ). I'll try to come up with something here in a bit.

Can't fit insightful deception here since it's only found on a dagger, helms, or the raid bracers. And insightful doubleshot is only on the raid helmet.

Spite is a really big deal. Other options do not compare. 5d2+2 vs 7d2+3 doesn't sound like a lot, but: 5 Foot Step wrote on Jun 3^rd, 2019 at 11:24am: But no, it's bad. It's also 2w less in addition to only being w+2, so it's like giving up 14 deadly. That's about 100 less damage per star at full (crit/rp) scaling. Loaded dice are OP. The Echo of Ravenkind is really important too for the holy effect. Otherwise you're going to have all kinds of trouble breaking Good DR. And DR is a big deal nowadays, it's not 30 pts, it's more like 300. Without Echo, you're looking at setting up a different shuriken for each DR situation. And you can only realistically have very few Spites...let alone maxed out sentience. Then there's the TF offhand. Hopefully you have some mats from that era lying around. If not, the raids are easy and people like to pug them for threads. (Also Phlogs are BtA now, so that's nice). The only other thing that comes close is Rebellion...but you're never gonna get a group for FoT. (It's soloable, but that's a PITA.)

I fear you've been doing more meth than math. 1) Higher weapon dice, 15-20/ x3 crit profile with just 3 levels of bard. 2) Max amount of weapon procs per throw. 3) Uncanny Dodge fili set 50 RP boost. 4) Crackshot + Shattered device + various assorted filis ON at all times. 5) Dust and Holy ON at all times, no need for the trinket, no need for LGS swap. How does your RP dumped feet tickler can be better DPS?

	I still don't know what your build is, but basically the other throwing builds that I tested out couldn't overcome the extra 100% "doubleshot" and inexplicable accuracy boost that shuri gets. You could post a build if you want to talk about it.

Not sure if I have all the right ones.. I only got a stack of one of the phlogs. I'll check.

	alchemist is not required for max DPS, this is false Sorry misread.

It's not really doubleshot in that it does not wrap around, which is why it does not show up on the character sheet. I know that is why you put the word doubleshot in quotes. Outside of 10K, the monk is at 3 flat attack ( if at 100 dex ) and their dshot rate, so yours is 3.68 here. a 100 int dagger thrower is at 220~ base doubleshot on the character sheet ( dws versions are bit higher here at around 240 ), so dagger rate is 3.2 or 3.4. Not that far behind where they cannot overcome an extra 100 "doubleshot".
