	Someone mentioned to me that when playing a 2w dagger rogue that is Vistani animation creates a slower attack speed. Are there any links around that support this info pls.

I have VKF tested on lamania when RL previewed. I think the devs said they fixed it, but I don't trust steelstar's "testing". It's the same guy who said that the extra projectile from STWE also operates off of Int score if you have alchemist core 12. Which is false, because, again, I tested that on lama preview and on live just to be sure.

	/necro We retested this. We got the same ratio roughly on a Scarrow beatdown in promise of fire over 2 minutes on r1 5.7 million vistani 6.4 million regular twf ~ .89 = (vistani/regular) whereas Mystikal's previous tests indicated ~.9
