Not using summer cloak frees up a spell absorption slot without losing 31 str and 23 doublestrike every time I need to swap and continue meleeing.

Highest possible str from +22, Q5, and Ram's Might. PRR on maxed character around 320, MRR 220.

Works equally for STR or CHA based ( 21/10/4 slotted ) giving higher DCs.

I am not using a deception item and instead went with armor-piercing, but you can replace that with deception on slavers item and still have a decent bypass from precision and the 25% augment set.

I would grab a sunder augment and use trip on slavers because I value trip more than holy retribution. Here's why : trip has a shorter cooldown and gives me someway to interact with mobs that can't be stunned and have death ward.  Ret is also a will DC and mobs have much lower will than reflex generally, so i would take the 6 dc hit on sunder and get 20 trip.

I totally agree that it is very inconvenient to swap for spell absorb, but it is also true that there are very few quests where this is really necessary, especially if you have 200+ MRR (Rage chain is an example). For those quest you can jump in whit an alternative setup imo.

one of the drawbacks of this list DPS oriented is the lack of accuracy 28, which could perhaps be a problem in a barbarian

I think in this case it would have to be DC's vs HP. Can't have both. Would have to go CHA based with Fey tree and forget the STR items. Also my stunning blow is 110 . Trip is 107 so not so good anyway.
Then I could slot winter boot, belt, bracers and cloak (would be the less dps loss items). Feytwisted belt is awesome, but I would lose insightful sheltering by not using the regular winter belt.
