Ima dump some knowledge because I'm bored.   

The 12 fighter 6 barb 2 rouge has been superseded by 12 fighter 6 barb 2 ranger
This being that
A: It is hard to not pull agro on a maxed blitz build and rouge levels...
B: Dps is less in epics and tanking
C: 2 ranger gives you favored enemy evil outsider
D: On a maxed out blitz you won't have the saves for evasion to save on a 2 in current meta game without swapping off your dps gear which will not happen ( However you have the hp to eat the damage so the evasion really is a after thought)


Monks Best race is survivability / tanking is Wf if fully geared and properly Tr'd because
fleshy monk healing amp is overkill and wf hate + wf ability to be repaired  + hp is higher than fleshy
If you want monk dps halfling or horc is the way to go
The easiest monk is half-elf

Will add more later

What exactly is your major malfunction? People usually post builds that they want advice on. Most people could give a shit less about what you think. They don't post builds because they think they are some uber builder or something. There is only one person that does that here... oh. Anyway, diaf.

for tanking yes.

And if Smrti gets her +3 Heart (and I can figure out how to rearrange the feats and not fuck myself over) I'll be switching to such, since Smrti is a tank build anyways Smiley

So what does the Ranger build do for you?

It's obvious that you'll pick up a couple of Ranger bonus feats, but what are the differences that really matter in there?

+3 FE damage, Free TWF, more HP, Full BAB.

Rogue adds Evasion (I have standing 675 before any buffs at all, so not huge), Some Sneak Attack (Useless when tanking), Lockpicking/Trap Skills (lolwhut?) and UMD, which is the only thing useful here to a tank. But honestly, I have SF Pots. Smiley
