	Troll One of many unsung internet heroes who are almost entirely misunderstood. Contrary to popular belief, many trolls are actually quite intelligent. Their habitual attacks on forums is usually a result of their awareness of the pretentiousness and excessive self-importance of many forum enthusiasts. As much as people may hate trolls, they are highly effective - their actions bring much of the stupidity of other forum users out into the great wide open. he/she/it is not intelligent and the only person who he/she/it has shown to be stupid is him/her/its self, although he/she/it may have the "excessive self-importance" pare down to a tee, he/she/it falls short of the mark everywhere else.

	Spot-on definition. I would only add the psycho-linguistic component of semantic supremacy that is at the essence and heart of trolling: you get those around you to adopt your vernacular, idioms, and expressions; hell, even I got posters dedicating multiple socks to immitating me. My words become their thoughts, I derisively refer to them as gay, and they proceed to generate a slew of faggoty comments. I dominate their thoughts, even when they are away from the forum. I fill their hearts with joy when they log in, see I posted something, and attempt to retort in a way that may be percieved as clever by those of similar intellect. It's endearing in many ways.

	I'm pretty sure it is safe to say that P4P has brought a BUNCH of stupid from users on this forum out in the open. He might not be the brightest but at least he achieved this as a troll. Some of you got baited real bad in an attempt to troll him back. It's like ISIS, it wins if you don't ignore it.
