ToD Set for an Artificer?

Anyone have some suggestions for ToD sets for an Artificer?

I was thinking of a 16Art\2Monk\2Pal build whose main focus would be with a Hvy Repeater. Secondary focus would be on Inflict Damage/Deconstruction infusions and Repair Damage/Reconstruction infusions. I am intending to take as many of the Repair line enhancements as possible.

What are some realistic or suggested ToD set options?

Rahkir's?

Perhaps the Occult Slayer set?

Shintao and Frenzied Berserker sets will both add MOAR DAMAGE.

More action boosts = more fusilade.

And damage boost. Damage boost no longer sucks and will be good when you aren't using fusillade.

Thanks Larry, I will take that under advisement. I am leaning toward the Archmage set however for the Superior Potency VI, the +1 Exceptional to Int and the extra damage for my deconstructions with the addition to the crit multiplier as well as the additional chance to crit.

Edited:
Hmmm...just realized Archmage set doesn't have Superior Potency VI. Guess I'll try to get Verik's Necklace, the Archmage set and Superior Potency VI on something else. I'm not sure on what though.

Any further ideas?

the arcane archer set isnt a horrible idea either, especially with a repeater. moar action boosts would be good too, i'm not sure in a prolonged fight which would be better. i'd imagine when you're running non-million hp boss content more action boosts would ALWAYS be better, since burst dps between shrines > slow and steady, but in a fight like velah or CAD the 10% speed  boost may contribute more than action boosts. emphasis on the 'may'. if you could feel comfortable making it work you could always exhaust all your boosts, then swap gear around to AA set.

i REALLY like aa set for a toon that's strictly ranged combat focused.... unlike range combat specced rangers.

Sup Pot VI is on Lucid Dreams and Toven's Hammer rune arm.

Yeah, figured that out eventually. Most interested in Lucid Dreams as my Hvy Rptr is Lit II already.

I've heard Lit II stacks with Toven's Hammer, but haven't got a Lit II to check myself.

That said, what I have tested is that Toven's Hammer charge-up blasts can be evaded because it's a reflex save - which makes it shittier than Lucid Dreams' blast which is a Will save.

On topic, Verik's ftw.

I wouldn't get to attached to any die hard ToD sets.  Turbine has made the claim that FVS and artificers (and any new classes that come out) will get ToD (like) sets with newer content.  Since ToD already has so many fricking things in it already.

My searchfu is weak, but I am sure someone can dig it up if you need proof.  I think it was the lama forums, but I wouldn't make a bet on it.

I think it went along the lines of "We recognize that the newer classes need ToD sets, but we don't want to water down the loot tables in ToD more than they already are, so we don't know what we're gonna do, so SUCK IT FVS's"

It would be much too simple a solution to go to 10 completions rather than 20 like with LoB and just add the rings from FVS and Arti.  How many of us have hit 20 and still got jack shit?

I just got that impression after you spent 13 pages calling out eladiun for being an interwebs bully when anyone who's been posting on here already knew that.  I mean, he's proud of it and hardly tries to hide that at all.

It came up again with artis on lamannia forums.  They said such sets would be released with related content.  So my guess is, SoonTM.
