	What I want to know is if heroic commendations drop in one of those new quests or if I have to stick with that raid. I thought U15 was bringing a raid, hoped it would drop those special comms too ?

	Where the hell is the new raid? Also: Zero information about new weapons in CitW.� MadFloyd talks about transparency, but all I see is a code checkin process that's full of fail if important details like that don't make it into the release notes. EDIT: Jesus fucking tapdancing Christ. Turbine needs to wipe the god damned characters on Lamannia already, and implement a charactercopy process manageable by players.

	Which is to say it will be buggy as fuck and not work at all like it's supposed to. It will penalize the players and not get fixed for 3 or 4 updates, if it ever does.

	The EE shield is decent but I'd rather the healing amp stay 20% or 25% as others have stated already so it will stack with the pdk gloves / claw gloves Imho
