	The shield seems really decent, actually. And a nice MTG reference. Last I knew Shield Bashing on items was still completely nonfunctional, though.

	I for one welcome our EE specific loot Overlords. I think I'll be getting that shield as well. Good to have with scroll in main hand for certain content when healing is top priority.

	I for one, and as a VIP, think the +10% public speed is fucking awful! Just give us all a speed boost, or don't, but don't make it harder on the points buying (or super players slogging via ftp only) just to milk a few more subs. And before the jaded (yet still fanboi) come to say "its a buff, not a nerf), just ask yourself how often you rubberband in public areas, and yes it will get worse before (ha) it gets better. Also, I don't mind EE only loot, but dear god don't create lesser versions for EH and below - that just reeks of shit covered feathers. actually it will never get better
