Drop the bracers. You don't really want the extra aggro from the clawset if you aren't incorporating more PRR. Check the AH or the jewelry vendor in eveningstar for a lootgen bracers with some combo of insightful strength, superior parrying, or healing amp 10 or 20%. Healing amp would let you drop the dragontouched for something better. One of the white or black dragon robes would be decent or frozen tunic - freezing ice procs frequently enough and improved ki is nice. There are some decent lootgen suffixes too, the whole warding/buttressing type may do fine.

Why do you hate saves? You'd be better off with a lootgen cloak with 5 or 6 resistance than the mirror cloak. For resistance you could also do the villager robe as armor instead, and keep the mirror cloak, but you said you didn't want to grind too much. You could half make up for losing blur with a ring of the stalker level 20 tier 2 and get other benefits. 

If you're doing any tactics spare hand is hard to beat, move the crafted hp item to neck, even if you don't want to waste a LGA item on it. Small or medium would be robe, you shouldn't be hurting for HP. 

Hat you could then do the PDK hat for +7 con and +2 strength. Obviously don't do insightful strength on bracers in that case. Or get an improved fortification item to minimize sneak attack bypass of fortification.

There are a couple cannith items or other slightly.grindish items mentioned, but the spare hand and ring would be useful across any other characters. Frozen tunic is less useful. Couldn't take more than a few kings forest and challenge hours.

If you don't want to farm anything new because it's a waste of time and that is all you've got to work with, then why are you posting this here? I mean... phiarlan cloak as full-time? Really?

Arms: Convalescent (20%) bracers of sup. parrying

Not the best endgame setup, but better than the crap you posted.

Madstone Boots, Cloak of the Bear, Epic GoMF, Epic Claw gloves are what I'm aiming for currently
