My bard 16 rogue 2 fvs 2 gets +96 to disable and oL at cap.  +84 to search. 

Only have 10 int at creation

Maxed search DD and UMd, and got about 17 or 18 into OL before I ran outa points.  It's all about the gear.  The manual trinket, and a necklace of searching +20 and an int 10-11 item.  Your golden
