If people like Qhualor shouldn't post because they suck so much, you should really shut up. Don't even know how to trap at this stage of the game and not smart enough to look it up.

Get 3 more barb lives and 9 primal past lives and you'll have 47 more hp to start. THEN you'll be ready for Harbor.

I'm looking at making a Bard 16/Fighter 2/Rogue 2 split. Are 2 levels of Rogue enough to get EE traps? This is a Dwarf if that makes a difference.
1 lvl is enough if you invest more in INT and have a +4 intel tome, but if you want the evasion as well from the build than just go 2 to make it easier to fit in all the skill points.

To come back to the EE question: I recently did EE Maze of Madness on my rogue. Level 28, 30 Int, +17 Item, 3 Skill Masteries, GH, +2 Good Luck. For a total roll of 74 when disabling traps. I blew some boxes, and I didn't find some of boxes.
I think a +6 Int skill item might have helped, but I was really shocked that apparently, a decent amount of investment is not enough, but you really need to squeeze out every skill bonus to reliably take care of EE traps. I don't know what the DCs are in Wheloon/Stormhorns, but I am really sick of running a pure rogue.
That's not opinion, that's science. And science is one cold hearted bitch with a 14 inch strap on.

With that low INT, maybe easy to get Tinker's Goggles for another + 5, and EE Highroad Bracers for + 20 ( regularly on asah for ~ 200 on Ghallanda at least ).
Or even crap 6 int GS or Skullduggery belt.

One thing for everyone who is a "skeptic" on this issue: Insurance companies are basing their underwriting on the assumption that it is real. They are refusing to write policies on homes that are likely to be in danger from rising seas 20 years from now, even though the resale rate of the homes is so high that they could keep writing policies for another 10 years and still not have to pay out on 1 policy in 5, but that would be irresponsible. Unethical, as well, but that's never stopped anyone before.

It's doable though, there are a lot of ways to stack bonuses now.

If you think sensible people get mad over forum banter I can't help you. I don't even know you in game and what I know is secondhand knowledge. I was playing along but the best you can come up with is Umadbro.

Questioning your motives for following me around the forum replying to my posts in an insulting manner, doesn't make me complicit in your stupidity.
I am sorry that you are probably too dumb to realise that.
Blame your parents.

You know when more than i.e. many people complain about your pathetic trolling it might mean... you're retarded.
We did not have an issue in any way yet I antagonized you. I've provoked responses from you, yet you think you're trolling. Trolololololol.
But of course, you're not probably, you are too dumb to understand any of this.
I would tell you to blame your parents, but you didn't have any in that shithole of an orphanage you came from.

What you need to do is:
1. Quit being obsessed with me.
2. Stop trying to convince yourself that you trolled me.
2. Accept that you have trolled yourself on me.
3. Slink away before you draw too much attention to that fact.
4. ?
5. Profit!

Stop trying to convince yourself that you've trolled anyone ever
2. Accept that you have trolled yourself on me.
Accept you got trolled, bitch. I'm not the one that got beat so badly that I need to reply in vegetables.
3. Slink away before you draw too much attention to that fact.
Sometimes the best advice is what you should take. So many people have told you to go away like you did before
4. ?
I agree this is the state of your mind after failing to keep up
5. Profit!

What you need to do is kill yourself. You're a waste of oxygen.
