The pieces of the puzzle are starting to come together now. CGI contracted out their healthcare.gov project to Turbine. This explains why so little work was done for the Shadowfell Conspiracy since Turbine was busy with the government project. It also explains the Mabar-ing of Obamacare.

So, log back in game and guess what... nOT fixed. On bad side it seems every time you do you can get only 1x the xp of the token, but i did already 30 times and havent lost a token yet.
