	Frog's legs are delicious. Little yummy sticky bits of fishy chicken. They sort of taste of themselves, but slightly fishy chicken is the best analogy. Or crocodile, if you have ever eaten that.

This is why you glaze and cook them quickly in something sticky. The last time I ate quail I glazed it in soy and pomegranete molasses, fifty fifty. That or sokethimg more savoury, less umami.

Its yummy esp on BBQ.
