I was keeping it all to the conference call I had earlier with the customer with the DSL aggregation router so that I could chew some ass, but sadly the guilty parties were missing.

Well, it failed because the Devs had no interest in it. Its the same reason why the PC will fail.

It doesnt matter what the Producers want, if the Devs arent on board.

So your right drama involving Turbine and devs or other mler's who choose not to out themselves is out, but we can talk about the process a bit.
and about things that have gone live to a certain extent.

But as you can see with the latest releases to Lama our view on new stuff was generally on things that have been developed enough to preview.
Occasionally devs would ask our opinion on proposed systems, but also on occasion things would pop up on lama that we had never seen(bravery Bonus among others).

The best example was the new enhancement system, the tree system was basically presented as a semi finished system, we could give feedback on how it would be built, limitations etc, but it was all within the confines that the enhancement system was moving to a tree based system.

Was everyone a yes man, no absolutely not, there was a mix of opinions that mirrored that of the live forums and to a certain extent even some of the opinions here, which is why I kept my vault account until I couldn't, because along with  the ass  hattery some very valid opinions could be found.

And well because reading InkBlack's leak threads were a huge   chuckle, well except when he got an actual real leak which wasn't that often.

There is no argument here that not having a copy tool is hurting lama. There was no copy tool on ml, and chars got wiped a few times, but we kind of knew going in that we would have to work a bit.

There were far less wipes of ML toons than Lamania, and it was very easy to re-gear/level up.

It took them far too long to provide the tools on Lamania that were on ML.

And they are crazy to not have copy tools working when they open up Lamania. Only the hard core will bother going through the process to get characters leveled up so they are missing out on a huge amount of feedback.
