Wonderoous and masterful ml 27 items stay equipped onto your character after an epic tr. Logging off and on will display the stats correctly. Must not be augmented or they will fall off after logging back in, but they will stay on until the first log off after epic tr.  Might work for heroic TRing havent tested.

The debuff is still there though. I suspect that is why they left it. Strange thing. MY masterful ml 27 8stat/8stat clear/yellow slot cloak was left on as was my wonderous ml27 10stat/10stat inecklace, but not my 10stat/stat belt of the same type.
