Like I said previously, I have a really hard time reconciling his forum persona with his in-game persona. 	Ok, here's my personal opinion on Fran... (trying to say this kindly in case he reads it), I think he was a bit too emotional and sensitive for the PC. When you discuss things put before the council, in my opinion you should put emotions aside and not consider differences in opinion as a personal attack. All the best, Micki.

	I've personally gotten infractions for just using the word "vault" in other context when I wasn't even talking about this forum. That was under Tarrant, so I suppose it's possible they changed that. It's also possible that people get infractions for mentioning the Vault unless they're saying it's a bad place.
