People in this game have different ways to have fun. Some are loot whores (me), some are soloers, and some are record seekers. I'm in ER, we're not all obsessed with speed records. I for one just run new content get loot and quit until new content. That being said it is an avenue for the dwindling numbers of powergamers to have their fun and not leave entirely for greener pastures.

The thread is mainly populated by members of ER, overraided, omnipresence etc.. However, it's supposed to be a friendly and open competition. If bigs wants to join, good for him. You guys should make a khyber forum thread where the top party/soloer wins tp. No need to deride him on the vault. Just take his tp and watch him weep... I mean congratulate him for a good try.


Tere, if you need a channel or two ask Norg from prophets or Rhyes from lava divers. They are both good people and I think you would have fun running with them. That being said, I don't think channels were ever Khyber's scene. It was always more run with your niche crew or pug.

Differing opinions here. I thought I was becoming more and more casual with a loosening interest in the game. I have no interest in speed records, hence my lack of participation. However, I don't believe the ER, OR, omnipresence guys are wannabees. After you farm the gear, some people actually wants to put it to use. Me. I just let it gather dust.
